- Review the international standard of the aeronautical information management system and research methods for application
- Study international trends and policy concerning air traffic management, aeronautical information and aviation safety
- Research and analyze aviation policies of advanced countries
- Review the international standards of air navigation system and prepare improvement proposals
- Analyze and study the foreign operational cases of air transportation systems and reset the domestic standards
